sorry to bother with a technical problem, but when seeing the new posts list, the "go to first unread post" no longer points to my first unread post, instead I'm transported to the first post of the thread.
Hopefully this is nothing serious, if it can't be fixed I can deal with it (clicking on the last post link and reading backwards)

in fact the problem seem to be that certain messages are not marked as read, as I have seen (and read) my own message and it is sill marked unread. Could it be related to cookies ?

I'd bet it is cookies, as the visited thread information is, I'm pretty sure, stored individually via cookies. Do you have them turned off generally? Can you allow them for the site and see if that fixes it?
